    As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a Release Manager to oversee planned/unplanned maintenance, expectations around release schedules and SLA adherence and accountability for the entire release management process. You will interface with multiple application teams, and will help drive deeper adoption of CB/CI/CD processes, and work closely with the QualDev practice within Aeris. In this role, you will be able to make a big impact and see tangible results.


    • Coordinate, manage, and drive planned/unplanned maintenances, facilitate cross functional resources (engineering, qualdev, dev-ops, and customer success) to achieve seamless and successful maintenances
    • Manage multiple cross-functional projects at divergent phases by providing project leadership and daily management through end to end project life cycle for all assigned projects
    • Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of milestones
    • Coordinate production release of software, firmware, and major hardware configurations
    • Manage release countdowns, conduct retrospectives and championing continuous improvement and process consistency
    • Manage expectations around release schedules, SLA adherence and accountability for the entire release process
    • Assist in management of projects at divergent phases by providing daily management and task coordination

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, QualDev or release management related roles
    • Experience in facilitation of Release Management meetings and other meetings for review status and updates
    • Strong foundation in managing application releases and capability to manage hardware releases
    • Experience working with Agile methodologies,
    • Demonstrate ability to develop technical understanding of Aeris’ product offerings.
    • Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices
    • Good oral, written and collaborative communication skills


    Skills that will set you apart:

    • Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus
    • Experience working in DevOps environment a plus
    • Prior QualDev experience  a plus
