    Aeris, a pioneer in the global internet of things, is investing heavily in India and we are expanding our growth in-country. The momentum and complexity of our Indian operation requires a strong local presence for the accounting and finance function and we are looking for team member to lead these practice areas.


    As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Associate Accountant for our India office operations. This key position will implement and manage a full set of procedures and internal controls to ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of our day-to-day bookkeeping and finance activities. The position will report to Finance Manager.


    The position is based in our Noida, Sec 62 office.     • Manage all day-to-day, monthly and quarterly accounting activities, including the updating and maintenance of all books of accounts (e.g. general ledger/subsidiary ledgers) and other relevant records/registers
    • Prepare journal entries and monthly reconciliation for all relevant balance sheet accounts
    • Collaborate with Company’s external auditors for statutory and tax reporting matters
    • Develop and monitor internal controls pertaining to fraud and theft.
    • Liaise with local tax provider to handle tax-related matters in India and ensure that proper taxation at source where applicable (e.g. income tax, TDS, GST and any other taxes required in the local jurisdiction) are considered appropriately
    • Manage invoicing and revenue entries Manage the verification and payments process of supplier’s invoices (e.g., business expenses including T&E)
    • Manage bank transactions and treasury / cash management activities

    • MBA(Finance) or Mcom
    • 3-5 years related experience in accounting roles and experience in India statutory requirements (financial statement and tax filings)
    • Competence in the use of ERP / tally accounting software systems
    • Strong financial acumen and strong business interaction/presentation skills
    • Advance knowledge in MS office (excel, world, power point)
    • Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
