    As our company continues to grow, we’re hiring a Vice President of NA Sales who will be responsible for all NA revenue generated by our IoT Connectivity and IoT Solutions business units.  The person in this role will drive revenue from online sales, inside sales and a team of direct enterprise account executives, and strategic account managers. The VP, NA Sales will be responsible for building a Sales minded culture across the company and leading a high performing Sales Team.

    • Manage all aspects of our Sales strategy to exceed targets and grow the business
    • Lead an organization of 30 sales professionals and provide guidance and coaching across the team
    • Responsible for the coordination and results of centralized functions of Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Customer Support for the North American market
    • Work hand in hand with the team to generate significant new business opportunities and close large new agreements
    • Ensure the Sales Organization is providing meaningful analysis based on weekly and monthly reporting on how the business is performing across all segments for the North American market
    • Build a Sales oriented culture across the organization
    • Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the company’s product line
    • Perform other related duties as required

    • Bachelor degree in a business related discipline or engineering, MBA a plus
    • 10+ years of experience leading and building sales and delivery teams across a large geography in technology organizations
    • Telecommunications and IoT experience a plus
    • Experience as a market head / leader with an ability to mentor teams and create a highly engaging and productive work environment
    • Proven track record in building and leading a world class Sales organization that exceeds revenue goals
    • Extensive background in solution and consultative selling approach – experience with building and executing go to market plans
    • Results-driven with experience influencing people across functions and managing teams within large and small organizations
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; self-motivated and capable of motivating others; ability to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
