As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for an inspirational sales manager to lead our growing inside sales team!  The Inside Sales Manager will be managing and finding ways to improve the team's performance: coaching new employees, mentoring all inside sales executives, be a resource and guide through the life-cycle of the sale, etc.  You will also be creating all reportings and analyzing sales data to present to the executive team to ensure proper attention and investment is made to enable sales and team success.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be managing all aspects of our inside sales strategy to exceed targets and grow the IoT Connectivity business
  • You will mentor and coach the inside sales team to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, channel knowledge, features/benefits, etc.
  • You will also create and continuously improve/update the inside sales playbook (best practices, scripts, etc.), resources, and training materials 
  • You will create and distribute weekly sales analysis
  • Manage day-to-day operational needs of our inside sales team
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the company’s product line
  • You will also have the chance to work on other projects as needed

What you will need to be successful:

  • You have 3-5 years of inside sales management or equivalent work experience
  • You are an experienced people manager with an ability to mentor team members while creating a fun place to work
  • You have a passion for developing people, strategy, processes, and motivating teams to meet or exceed goals
  • You have strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Planning & organization, self-starting, self-motivating
  • Proven ability to collect and analyze call analytics and recommend solutions based on identified trends
  • You are proficient with different CRM tools on an administrator level
  • You are results-driven with experience influencing people across functions and managing teams within large and small organizations
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
