Aeris Communications is looking for Law Interns with a penchant for taking initiatives and continue their learning from outside college. Duration of internship will be upto 6 months and appropriate stipend will be paid.


As an Intern in the Legal Department, your responsibilities will include but are not
limited to the following:

  • Conduct first level review of Agreements, Statement of Works
  • Ordering Documents etc.
  • Ascertain the risk and liabilities of the company and provide recommendations accordingly.
  • Maintain database of all vendor and customer contracts and ensure proper filing of the hard copies.
  • Engage with different stakeholders and understand the transaction at hand.
  • Seek required approvals as per the delegation of authority.


  • Pursuing or completed LLb (hons.) / LLM.
  • Prior internship in a reputed company / law firm.
  • Basic knowledge of contracts and corporate matters is a must.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be an expert in research and analysis.
  • Must be willing to take initiatives at all levels.
