The Senior Manager OR Director of Demand Generation will take ownership of one of our key geographical regions (North America or APAC) to generate demand for our Solutions and Connectivity enterprise business teams. Responsibilities include working with marketing automation and CRM systems to manage lead input, track campaign results, analyze data, and improve processes. A deep understanding of best practices in the capture, tracking, qualifying, segmenting and reporting on leads is essential.
The ideal candidate must be self-directed, a tenacious problem-solver, collaborate well with colleagues, take initiative, and manage numerous projects simultaneously. In this role, attention to detail is critical. We are looking for someone with critical thinking skills who can dive into the details to get things done with a “can do” attitude. Expertise in Marketing Automation (preferably HubSpot) is a requirement, knowledge of NetSuite is a plus. This role is currently an independent contributor role, but manages one full-time vendor as well as an array of additional vendors and contractors, and the candidate must be a good fit for a quick transition to a management role.
