Particularly as we expand, we need an absolutely stellar Office Manager to whip us into shape.
That’s where you come in. As our Office Manager, it will be your mission to help employees work more efficiently, with motivation and a sense of responsibility. You will build and execute an outstanding, repeatable onboarding process, ensuring that new employees are able to hit the ground running. You be the first person employees meet when they walk in the door. You will own several key aspects of human resources, ensuring that policies are clearly communicated and relevant laws are understood and followed. You will design and execute programs to reinforce a culture of shared responsibility, diversity, integrity, and respect. Lastly, you will also own our office facility, ensuring that the quality and condition of our work environment meets the high standards that our customers have come to expect from our products and services. This includes ensuring that the office is fully stocked with supplies.
