Our company is in an enviable spot. We’re profitable, and both our bottom line and our global reach are growing rapidly. We’re playing in an exploding market where technology evolves daily and acquisitions / consolidations happen left and right. We’ve got a stellar, strategic management team who find joy in working together and are executing effectively across the board.

As we continue to grow, we need an absolutely stellar Executive Assistant to help make our CEO as productive as possible.  This role offers the opportunity to elevate a thriving company – in an environment that values innovation, autonomy and integrity.

A few things to know about us:

  • We do things differently. As a pioneer in an industry poised to reshape every sector of the global economy, we can’t settle for another company’s tried and tested template. Innovation is the key to our success and it’s reflected in everything we do: from product design to corporate wellness.
  • We put our customers first. When making decisions, we always seek to do what is right for our customer first, our company second, our teams third, and individuals last.
  • We are owners. Strong managers enable their teams to figure out how to solve problems. You will be no exception, and will have the ownership and autonomy needed to be truly creative.
  • Integrity is essential. We believe in doing things well – and doing them right. Integrity is a core value here: you’ll see it embodied in our staff, our management approach and growing social impact work (we have a VP devoted to it).
  • We walk the walk on diversity. We’re a brilliant and eclectic mix of ethnicities, religions, industry experiences, sexual orientations, generations and more – and that’s by design. We see diverse perspectives as a core competitive advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a complex and ever-changing business and personal calendar
    • Ensure that meetings are smartly prioritized
    • Coordinate and manage international and domestic travel to ensure high volume travel is seamless
  • Interface with executives, board members, customers and more, ensuring that you know exactly what they need from our CEO – and vice versa
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, all-hands meetings, and other events so that they run without a hitch
  • Be a core member of our administrative team, pitching in with a variety of projects to help IT, legal, finance, and administrative staff around the world to improve the organization

The Successful Applicant will have:

  • You’ve done similar jobs before. You have 5 - 7 years of experience as a senior administrative assistant or executive assistant ideally with experience supporting a VP or C-Level executive.
  • You’re trustworthy. Your friends tell you everything, knowing that you will always act in their best interest. At Aeris, you will be trusted to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, while constantly striving to assist, enable and elevate the CEO and the organization as a whole.
  • You’re positive. When faced with a problem, you immediately start thinking about how to solve it. At a global startup like ours, trains move fast, and schedules regularly collide; new challenges arise every day. You see opportunity in each and every one of them, and experience motivation and creativity much more readily than frustration. You are 100% focused on leveraging your position to have a positive impact on the company.
  • You’re a great communicator. You are able to engage professionally – both verbally and in writing – with CEOs and assistants alike. At Aeris, you will regularly interact with some of the most important people within and outside the company.
  • You’re collaborative and capable of working independently. You can work with others to set goals, and by yourself to come up with clear action plans – no sweat. You know when you need to get feedback from others, and when you don’t.
  • You’re great with PowerPoint and Excel. You have prepared polished presentations and clear, simple spreadsheets (and are willing to show us some samples!).
